Intoxicated man tries to break into home and flees

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a home near West Howard Street in Swayzee after a caller reported being locked out while trying to get belongings. Another caller reported that the same person attempted to break into the home, appeared intoxicated, and then left in a damaged blue and silver Ford heading toward Swayzee.
