As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible impaired female driver in a white Nissan Rogue traveling from the Gardner’s Neck Road area onto Route 103 toward Somerset. The report came from an officer in Swansea and involved concern that the driver appeared to be nodding off.
