Person at auto shop suffers vomiting and chest pain


with vomiting started early this morning, continued until I just started having some chest pain with that. Currently, he's a large orientated times four. Skin is pink form dry, or eye top. Pink, cool, and diapheretic. Pupil's are equal, negative JVD, lung count are clear, abdomen soft, TMS times 4 with negative P2 edema. Current vital signs BP is 1-50 over 8-8. Pulse is 9-6, showing normal sinus with a demand pacer. Respirations are 16. SPO2 has been 96% on 4 liters by nasal canula. It should be at your facility in about 7 to 8 minutes. We have gave 3 nightshare with no release.
