As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and deputies responded to a reported deer versus vehicle collision just west of Pleasant Avenue on Highway 2 near Surrey. The vehicle appears to be totaled and disabled on the left side of the road, and the driver reportedly refused medical attention.
