Flooded service road creates traffic hazard

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a large amount of standing water flooding multiple lanes of the westbound 165 service road near a specified cross street. Deputies and other units appear to be assisting stranded vehicles and arranging a tow truck while crews work to clear clogged drains.
