Elderly man having possible stroke near Sudlersville

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a possible stroke involving an elderly man at a residence near Sudlersville Road in Sudlersville. The patient reportedly had a history of atrial fibrillation, bronchitis, and was on oxygen.
