Medical alarm at residence with dementia and allergy cases

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical alarm was reported near West Blue Ridge Street involving two individuals; one with dementia and heart arrhythmias, and another allergic to mold spores. Responders are attempting to contact a keyholder.
