Malfunctioning left turn signal at Route 14 and 43

We received a couple of calls about the light at the center.

A couple people say they're on 14 trying to turn left to go northbound on the forty-three, but they're not getting the turn arrow or anything.

Said they've been sitting there multiple cycles.
