Traffic signal malfunction at OH-14 and OH-43

Got a couple of calls about the light at the center.

A couple people say they're on State Route 14 trying to turn left to go northbound on State Route 43, but they're not getting the turn arrow or anything.

Said they've been sitting there multiple cycles.
