False fire alarm at Strabane apartment building

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters responded to a reported fire alarm at an apartment building on Michigan Avenue South in Strabane. Crews investigated the three-story Northgate Apartments and reported no smoke, fire, or odor, and the cause of the alarm was unknown. Most units were released, with only two engines remaining on scene.
