Children threaten self harm with knife and aggression

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders are sent to an apartment residence in Stockport for a report that (number withheld) children are reportedly threatening self-harm. A nine-year-old is said to have held a knife to their throat, and a six-year-old is described as acting aggressively toward their mother. A caseworker is already on scene.
