Reckless driving by blue van on US-290

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a reckless driver traveling eastbound on Highway 290 near Stonewall. The driver, in a blue transit van, was reportedly speeding and weaving through traffic. Law enforcement units observed the vehicle but did not initially engage in a pursuit.
