Disabled car with heavy damage in turn lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a disabled Volkswagen passenger car with heavy passenger-side damage and two flat tires in a turn lane just south of McPhail Road. The sheriff’s office was on scene and indicated they would handle the situation. Another call mentioned a female lying on a sidewalk near Box Hill South Parkway, and officers were asked to check her welfare.
