Woman injured after car hits deer on Highway 97

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a woman injured after her vehicle struck a deer near the (number withheld) block of Highway 97 East outside Stockdale. The woman was reportedly off the roadway and complained of pain on her left side and head.
