Police check report of fisherman in deep water

As discussed during the dispatch call, a motorist reported a man standing thigh-deep in the water while fishing near Route 110 by Rainbow Cove, possibly in Sterling. Police and a ranger were sent to check on his welfare and advise that people are not allowed in the water in that area.
