Road rage with white Jeep Cherokee on North 8th

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible road rage incident near North 8th Avenue and West Collins Street involving a white Jeep Cherokee that reportedly nearly ran the reporting party off the road, drove very close to their vehicle, and drove over rocks toward them.
