Loose dog reported after animal attack in yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible animal attack near North Morgan Street by a park in Stephens. Responding units were told a loose dog was still running in a yard and may belong to a neighbor with a "Beware of Dogs" sign on the fence.
