Apartment fire with sprinklers at Fern Ridge complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported commercial fire at an apartment complex in Stayton. The fire may have started from a candle or wax and was believed to be out on arrival. Residents evacuated while crews assisted with removing pets, and the building’s sprinkler system was activated.
