For a reckless driver in the 1200 block of White Hill Road, it's going to be a blue vehicle swerving all over the road, driving recklessly. It did have two young kids in the vehicle and something white hanging out of the passenger rear window, unknown tag, last seen heading towards 81 at the Mint Spring exit and a BOL 1817. I had Valley Ice on the logo trailer tag of 18011, last scene passing dabs heading northbound on Route 340 and a BOL 1818.
