Person rescued from water at Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews on Staten Island responded to a reported person in the water near the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge. Multiple rescue units treated three patients, with one in more serious condition, and transported them to a hospital. The scene was reported secure.
