70-year-old man with chest pain and breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a location on Old Stantonsburg Road in Wilson County for a possible chest pain call involving a 70-year-old man who was conscious but not breathing normally and having trouble speaking between breaths. The man had reportedly taken baby aspirin according to protocol. A separate unit was also sent to a possible domestic disturbance on Weaver Road involving a woman yelling, with no weapons reported.
