Currently, Rockettor facility, non-emergent, coming from Good Shepherd inpatient rehab with an 87-year-old male. He had a fever today. Last reported fever was 101.8. He did receive Tylenol. I did recheck at 99.7. I'm just feeling kind of body aches, general weakness. A nice cough or shortness of breath. A patient does have a urinary catheter and a nephrostomy tube. He's had those for about a year, but it has had sepsis in the past. His urine does look a little cloudy. He's alert and oriented times four vitally. He's a little hypertensive, but does have a history of hypertension, 179.179 over 79, 101 for a pulse, 95% on room air. Keaton is non-ambulatory, needing a easy lift for transfers.
