7-11 to St. Cloud ER patient care report. St. Cloud, go ahead. We are en route routine to your facility with a 68-year-old male, widely stable, complaining today of back pain and calf pain. The back pain is radiating low to mid-back from left to right side, rating at about a 9 out of 10. Patient was seen on Monday at a different facility for possible urinary tract infection, wasn't given any antibiotics. It does feel as though he has UTI symptoms. He is coming from a care facility.
