Small parking lot fire suspected as arson

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to a parking lot near the intersection of West Street and Bernie Avenue in Springfield for a reported small fire. Radio traffic suggests it may have been intentionally started using a liquid, and the suspected person reportedly left in an unknown vehicle heading north on West Road. The reporting party was said to still be on scene.
