Man conscious but disoriented and at risk of fainting

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a report of a sick person at a location on Old Ballpark Road in Spindale, with cross streets near Old Ross Road and Lebanon Road. Radio traffic later reported a 46-year-old man who was conscious and breathing but not responding normally and feeling like he might pass out.
