As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to a call for a 79-year-old male experiencing shortness of breath at a location in Spelter. The patient has a history of a heart transplant and low blood pressure, with a pulse of 150, and was on 2 liters of oxygen. Units Company 11 and Company 67 EMS were dispatched to the scene.
