Suspicious person in green car near Halsey Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to check on a report of a suspicious green vehicle near the Peggy Halsey Bridge on Highway 93, where the occupant, dressed in black, was reportedly stopping in front of nearby residences.
