Neighbor requests welfare check at rural home

Just wanted to let you know that we've got a welfare check holding at (number withheld) east 960 road.

Our dispatcher that she wants a welfare check on her neighbor.

She advised that there was an individual that was removed from the home a couple days ago, and she had driven by this morning and saw that the locks on the gate were taken off and the gate.

We're just completely removed from the hall, and she's worried that the individual that was removed was back at the home.
