Theft from parked vehicle on Upper Glencoe Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a report of a past theft from a parked vehicle near the (number withheld) block of Upper Glencoe Road off York. The caller reported that a man allegedly broke into the vehicle and may still be in the area.
