Intoxicated woman walking in traffic on Seawall Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of an apparently intoxicated young woman walking into traffic on Seawall Road near Manset. A caller followed her to warn motorists until officers arrived, and she was later escorted into a cab near the Catholic church.
