Dumpster fire near restaurant at Town and Mill Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a reported dumpster fire near a restaurant at the intersection of Town Road and Mill Road, close to a fish market and a sanitation business. A person on a bicycle reported that a gray car left a nearby parking lot at high speed before heading toward the area by the fish market.
