Deputies check on person asking for money near Target

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to the Target parking lot near Executive Boulevard South in Southington for a possible suspicious person. A caller reported that a man in his fifties, wearing an olive green coat, had been approaching vehicles asking for money and had approached the caller twice while they were charging their car. Officers arrived to check on the situation.
