Hit-and-run crash involving RV and parked van

It occurred 20 minutes ago at (number withheld) ECR.

Their RP is not pass by.

They're no longer on scene.

And they stated there was a white Windsor RV with blue waves on the side and an unknown plate that says Road Surfer Rentals on the rear that hit a parked black GMC van.

They do have photos of it.

And we're checking about the DOT.
