Caller reports suspicious tow truck driver

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller inside a location near Hill Road in South Heights reported being afraid to go outside because of a possible suspicious tow truck driver, described as a white male in a yellow vest and work pants. Deputies searched the surrounding area, including Laurel Hill Road and downtown South Heights, and reported no contact with the vehicle or driver.
