Man found unresponsive near Sonora Rd in Sonora in reported cardiac arrest

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched near Sonora Rd in Sonora for a 64-year-old man in reported cardiac arrest after collapsing in a bathroom. The caller said he was cold and not moving, later describing him as purple and possibly deceased since the previous night, and reported refusing to perform CPR. Law enforcement/KSP were also notified.
