Loose dogs reported on porch in Sonora neighborhood

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two friendly loose French bulldogs on a front porch near Upper Sunset Drive in Sonora. The dogs’ owner was later reported to be driving a silver vehicle in the area looking for them.
