Man with breathing difficulty found on back porch near Pleasant Hill Church Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders attended a man experiencing difficulty breathing on a back porch near Pleasant Hill Church Road and Sylvan School Road. The man is conscious and breathing but reports wheezing and panic symptoms. He took medication for a panic attack prior to the incident. No known asthma or lung problems were reported.
