Suspicious man standing by church with blue car

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to the area of 2nd Street and North Beckstead Avenue in Smith River for a report of a suspicious man standing near a church. The man was reportedly wearing gloves, dark clothing, and was possibly associated with a blue Toyota with Oregon plates.
