Stop sign knocked down by tractor trailer

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that a tractor-trailer struck and knocked down a stop sign near the intersection of Jordan Road and Stump Road. The truck left the scene, and the fallen sign was believed to pose a possible road hazard.
