Report of impaired driver on Highway 20

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a possible impaired driver in a silver Subaru Outback with out-of-state plates traveling westbound on Highway 20 near Sisters. The vehicle was later reported parked in a neighborhood near the Sisters Creekside campground, where an officer planned to contact the driver.
