Group loitering and drinking at shopping center

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are dispatched to a shopping center on Cherry Hill Road for a disorderly conduct complaint involving a reported group of about a dozen people loitering, drinking, and tailgating in the parking area. One primary male individual is reportedly associated with a red Honda with Maryland plates and may have an existing pickup order.
