Suspicious car circles woman on Crenshaw Lane

The caller reported about 15 minutes ago she was sitting in the driveway or parking lot.

And the operator in a silver Toyota Camry, New Hampshire (number withheld), kind of was circling the area slowly and then pulled up next to her and she rolled her window down and kind of spooked him and then he took off.

10-4, Crenshaw, for a suspicious vehicle.
