Child falls four feet, has difficulty breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Taylor Drive in Shipshewana for a reported one-year-old child who apparently fell several feet and initially had trouble breathing but was reportedly breathing better by the time responders were en route.
