Reckless side-by-side reported on Highway 2

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a black and beige side-by-side vehicle driving recklessly along Highway 2 near First Street and allegedly running a stop sign. Deputies patrolled the area but had not yet located the vehicle, and no license plate or driver information was available.
