Man falls and bumps head near Wyoming Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male patient fell and bumped his head near Wyoming Avenue and then entered an apartment complex on College Avenue. A bystander reported the incident and noted the injury. The patient was last seen entering an apartment, possibly through the first right door.
