Bags fall from unsecured load on South 401

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible traffic hazard on South 401 near Wallace and Nealon, where an unknown vehicle with an unsecured load apparently lost bags along the roadway. The vehicle was last seen near Matlock, and the bags are not reported to be blocking traffic.
