Suspicious bicycle and youth in woods reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were sent to the area of Ram Island Drive and Copperhead Road for a report of a bicycle in the woods with a sweater on/near it and a black box hidden behind a tree; a male youth reportedly approached the bicycle and was acting strangely. The reporting party (name withheld) was in a silver Audi at the intersection.
