Swerving Subaru reported on Route 105

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a vehicle complaint about a dark blue Subaru with a handicap plate reportedly swerving and not maintaining its lane on Route 105 near the Abbey, heading toward the Enosburg area.
