He then fell over and is now not moving, male described as wearing dark clothing on the northbound side of Shelburne Road. Shelburne dispatched to Shelburne Rescue for jumpers. Respond to the area of Shelburne Road at Longmeadow Drive. 911 caller reporting a mail in dark clothing was riding a bicycle in this area on the northbound side.
