Incomplete 911: child reports father hurt in Shandon

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an incomplete 911 call near N 5th St in Shandon. A child was heard crying and said their father was hurt before the call disconnected. Medics and deputies were sent code 3 to stage nearby, but medics were later cancelled per radio traffic.
